Return Policy

If you need to return something, please send it back to us in original condition within 10 days of purchase. Please also enclose your original invoice or your order number. Please be advised that postage and packing charges are not refundable. Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us via our Contact Us centre.

Shipping Policy

We will make every effort to send out your order within 3 business days after the receipt of your payment. All orders must include freight unless otherwise stated. We usually calculate freight manually after your placing order to make sure the freight is the same as what we are charged. We ship as per weight costs. We are not responsible for any local import taxes charges at destination ports.
